Cancellation Policy
🚫Cancellation & No-Show Policy🚫
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave a time slot that cannot always be filled, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
A valid card must be kept on file for booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize the applicable fee to be charged to the card on file.

Appointments 15+ minutes late will be canceled and the full service amount will be due.
On the first occurrence only, that payment may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment. Any occurrence after that will require full payment for a new appointment.

🚨NO REFUND POLICY🚨: All payments made to Divine Beauty Lash & Brow Studio are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes deposits, prepayments, promotional purchases, packages, and completed services. If a credit is issued at the studio’s discretion, it will be provided as Divine Beauty studio credit ONLY and will NOT be refunded to the original form of payment. By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
